Councillor Stephen William Ferguson - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Ferguson declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in
respect of Minute No. 25/70 as he was employed by a large engine
manufacturer which made static engines for industrial purposes,
though to his knowledge the company had not been involved with the
Council’s vehicles. After seeking advice from the Head of Democratic
Services and Monitoring Officer, he confirmed that he was involved in
engine design and had no involvement in commercial matters and
therefore participated in the debate and vote.
