Reasons for the decision:
A proposal to introduce a charge for additional bins was considered by Cabinet, the report had been considered by the Overview and Scrutiny Panel (Environmental Well-Being) who agreed not to introduce a charge. A request to consider the report was put forward from the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny (Economic Well-Being).
