Authorised Officers to work up an outline Business Case for the expansion of a County-Wide home improvement service, after consultation with the Executive Councillor for Planning and Housing and subject to the final agreement being submitted to a future meeting of the Cabinet, agreed to extend the current Shared Service Agreement by a further 12 months to 31^st March 2016; and requested a further report to Members after three years of the Cambridgeshire Housing Improvement Agency operation.
