Purpose:
To present to the Cabinet the updated Corporate Plan for 2015/16 for recommendation to Council for adoption.
Decision:
That Cabinet recommend the updated Corporate Plan 2015/16 to Council for adoption.
Reasons for the decision:
The Corporate Plan provides a clear direction for what the Council is doing, why and the impact it is having. Following its introduction in 2014 there has been some confusion about the meaning of Strategic Themes, Outcomes and Priorities. All amendments were identified in Appendix 2 of the report.
