2. Competition with neighbouring establishments.
We found the following facts::
1. The Environmental Health have made no representations.
2. The amended application is now in alignment with Planning conditions already in place.
3. The 8 conditions already agreed by the police and the applicant deals with the issues surrounding crime and disorder and public nuisance.
4. The opening times of the Three Horseshoes coincides with the applicant’s opening times.
5. Sound proofing glass is already in place.
6. Smoking area provided at the back.
