Decision:

To determine grant applications in accordance with recommendations contained in a report by the Head of Community Services circulated to all Members dated 23 rd February 2004. All recommendations were approved subject to the following exceptions – an award of £1,800 was made towards the Cambs and Peterborough Association of Youth Clubs operating costs and an award of £360 was awarded to Glatton Village Hall. The applications from Hunts Brief for Life and St Ives Music and Drama Society were deferred pending further information. With regard to the application from Somersham Victory Hall Management Committee, members expressed concern that Parish Councils were failing to insure against damage caused by vandalism.Agreed to meet again on 22^nd April to discuss Service Level Agreements.
