    Requested the Planning Policy Manager to convey to  Cambridgeshire County Council and Peterborough City Council that reference should be made in the Plan to the implications of the transport of waste on local highways, particularly when this involves minor roads and to express concerns over the continued tipping of waste in the County from London and the desirability for the capital to establish the necessary processes to minimise waste generation and dispose of the waste more locally.
