    Approved the contents of the urban design framework for the St Neots Eastern Expansion and authorised the Head of Planning Services, after consultation with the Executive Councillor for Planning Strategy and Transport, to approve the adoption of the revised document incorporating consequential amendments as Planning Policy.

     

    Reasons for the decision:

    Framework will aid the delivery of a sustainable urban expansion to the east of St Neots.
