To present the Corporate Plan for 2016/18.

RECOMMENDS
that the Council adopt the Corporate Plan 2016/18, subject to inclusion of the comments made by the Cabinet, as detailed in the Minutes.
Reasons for the decision:
The Corporate Plan provides a clear direction for what the Council is doing, why and what impact it is having. The number of Strategic Priorities have been reduced from four to three.
