Purpose:
To present details of delivery of the Corporate Plan 2018/22, and project delivery, in the context of the Council’s financial performance.
Decision:
That progress made against the Key Actions and Corporate Indicators in the Corporate Plan and current projects, as summarised in Appendix A (of the report now submitted) and detailed in Appendices B and C (of the report now submitted) be noted.
That the financial performance at the end of December, as detailed in Appendices D (of the report now submitted) and the register of reviews of Commercial Investment Strategy propositions at Appendix E (of the report now submitted) be noted.
Reasons for the decision:
The brief Members on progress against the Key Actions and Corporate Indicators listed in the Council’s Corporate Plan for 2018/22 for the period 1 October – 31 December 2018. The report incorporates progress reporting for current projects being undertaken and Financial Performance Monitoring Suite information setting out the financial position at the end of December 2018.
