To grant a new licence at Ramsey Pavilion Hub, Cricketfield Lane, Ramsey PE26 1BG on the basis that the additional conditions imposed in Appendix D be complied with.

Our reasons for reaching the decision are as follows:

Sufficient consultation has been carried out in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 which has imposed reasonable conditions in line with the four licensing objectives.

We did not consider the following matters to be relevant::

Antisocial behaviour outside of the premises.

Conditions on a premises licence cannot seek to manage the behaviour of customers once they are beyond the direct management of the licence holder and their staff in accordance with paragraph 1.16 of Revised Guidance issued under Section 182 of the Licensing Act 2003.
