‘’occasionally we endure loud anti-social behaviour from the recently opened upstairs seating area’’
We find this to be a generic statement in that it does not specify the type of anti-social behaviour, the dates on or the times at which the behaviour is said to have occurred, or the frequency of such behaviour. If such behaviour was occurring, whether occasionally or regularly, and to the extent it was interfering with the peaceful enjoyment of domestic properties, we would have expected complaints to have been made either by the objector, or the community more generally. This is especially so given the location of the premises.
The objector does refer to one specific incident which is said to have occurred on the 3rd May 2025. This incident does not appear to have been reported to the authority as an issue at the time of its occurrence, and has only been raised after the instant application was made.
If this incident did indeed occur, we are not satisfied that it provides sufficient justification for refusing the instant application.
In conclusion, and for the above reasons, we are satisfied that the four licensing objectives are neither undermined nor compromised in granting the application to vary the current licence.

Little Piggy has held a licence since July 2024.
We have not been made aware of any complaints or concerns received by the local authority or police force about the premises. Specifically, there have been no concerns raised about alcohol-induced anti-social behaviour such as noise or violence associated with the premises.
