Representations made that business is doing well and they wish to expand the business. The business wished to provide services to late night workers, but would refuse to serve in-person customers directly after 11pm.

Stated had stopped opening late hours after he was informed he needed a late-hours license.

Mr Ahmed made representations that he is a local resident and the business appears to be already serving beyond 11pm in breach of current license and goes to credibility of business. In addition, the business is within a residential area and could have an adverse effect on the area.
