Agreed to extend the existing ICT server room on the second floor of Pathfinder House and to increase the capital funding for the scheme in the Medium Term Plan by £45,000 and the release of the relevant funds.

Reasons for the decision:

To accommodate the Council’s expanding infrastructure and maintain the necessary physical environment for the servers.
