Recommended to full Council that the Statement of Principles under Section 349 of the Gambling Act 2005 be approved with effect from 31st January 2013 for a period of three years
Reasons for the decision:
Section 349 of the Gambling Act requires licensing authorities to prepare and publish a statement of principles that it proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Act. The Statement must be kept under review and reviewed at least every 3 years.
