Purpose:
To present performance management information on the Council’s Corporate Plan for 2015/16 and updates on current projects.

i. Considered and commented on progress made against Key Activities and Corporate Indicators in the Corporate Plan and current projects, as summarised in Appendix A and detailed in Appendices B and C of the Officer’s report.
ii. Considered and commented on the Council’s financial performance to the end of June 2015, as detailed in the Financial Performance Monitoring Suite at Appendix D of the Officer’s report.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council’s Corporate Plan establishes what the Council aims to achieve in addition to its core statutory services during 2015/16. The information provides performance management and financial performance information relating to the Key Actions and Corporate Indicators listed for 2015/16 and the Council’s current and pending projects.
