None considered.
The Project is required to deliver a full year saving of £270,000 which will not be delivered in full. The delay in the Project of two months reduces the savings delivered in 2016/17 by £34,000 (£17,000 per month). At the end of August 2016 the Operations Service had a budgetary surplus of over £80,000 to address the shortfall.
