Approved the sale of the land on the terms set out in the report now submitted; and authorised the Director of Central Services after consultation with the Executive Councillors for Resources, Welfare and IT and for Finance to approve the considerations to be received for the disposal of the two areas of land detailed in the report.

RESOLVED
(a)that the Cabinet approve the sale of the land on the terms set out in the report now submitted; and
