Further to Minute No 05/80.the Chief Executive reported on the outcome of the Overview and Scrutiny Panel’s (Planning and Finance) “call-in” of the decision of the Cabinet not to grant Brampton Park Golf Club discretionary relief from National Non-Domestic Rates.
Whereupon, it was
RESOLVED
that the upholding of the Cabinet’s decision not to grant Brampton Park Golf Club discretionary relief from National Non- Domestic Rates by the Overview and Scrutiny Panel (Planning and Finance) be noted

Further to Minute No 05/80, the Chief Executive reported that the "call-in" exercised by the Overview and Scrutiny Panel (Planning and Finance) of the decision of the Cabinet to refuse the application by Brampton Park Golf Club for discretionary rate relief had not resulted in a further reference either to the Cabinet or to full Council. The decision, therefore, took effect from 2nd November 2005.
