Decision: Councillor S Howell declared a registerable interest in CGC/40/24-25 as a Member of the Yaxley Public Hall Committee. Councillor Howell left the room prior to and for the entirety of the discussion on item CCG/40/24-25 and returned once the decision had been made.

COMMUNITY CHEST GRANT AID AWARDS 2024/25 To consider applications received via the Community Chest Awards Scheme for 2024/25 and to indicate preference for the allocation of funds in accordance with agreed eligibility criteria. Additional documents: Decision: Following full consideration of the submissions received, Councillors Lara Davenport-Ray and Sally Howell approved the following applications for Community Chest Grant awards which meet the criteria that support the District Council in achieving priorities set out in its Corporate Plan for 2023-28:
