Councillor Howell left the room prior to and for the entirety of the discussion on item CCG/23/2025-2026 and returned once the decision had been made.

COMMUNITY CHEST GRANT AID AWARDS 2025/26 To consider applications received via the Community Chest Awards Scheme for 2025/26 and to indicate preference for the allocation of funds in accordance with agreed eligibility criteria. Additional documents: Decision: Following full consideration of the submissions received, Councillors Lara Davenport-Ray, Sally Howell* and Jo Harvey approved the following applications for Community Chest Grant awards which meet the criteria that support the District Council in achieving priorities set out in its Corporate Plan for 2023-28:
