    To consider an application for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 made by the following:

     

    Applicant:  National Trust (Enterprises) Ltd

     

    Premises:  Houghton Mill & Waterclose Meadows, Mill Street, Houghton, PE28 2AZ

    Decision:

    1.  The licence be granted as per the Applicant’s amended application subject to the conditions contained with the Applicant’s original application, with the exception of condition 6 in relation to regulated entertainment which is no longer necessary in light of the Applicant’s amended application.

     

    2.  The Sub-Committee did not consider the condition proposed by the Applicant during the hearing in relation to ticketing was necessary.

     

    3.  The Sub-Committee note in coming to its decision that the licence can be brought back for review at any time by representative authorities.

    6.

    EXCLUSION OF PRESS AND PUBLIC
