Decision: The application be granted with immediate effect to extend the licensable area for the consumption of alcohol to include the upstairs area of the premises, as defined by the plan found in Annex B of the agenda report at page 23 of 36. The consumption of alcohol in this area is permitted between the hours of 10am until 22.30 hours Tuesday to Saturday and is permitted between the hours of 10am until 22:00 hours on Sunday.
