1.	ELECTION OF CHAIR View the background to item 1. Contact: Democratic Services - (01480) 388169 Minutes: A proposal to elect Councillor P J Hodgson-Jones to be the Chair of the Committee was moved and seconded. On being put to the vote the proposal was declared to be LOST. A proposal to elect Councillor M J Burke to the Chair of the Committee was then moved and seconded, whereupon it was RESOLVED that Councillor M J Burke be elected Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year.

3.	APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIR Contact: Democratic Services - (01480) 388169 Minutes: A proposal to elect Councillor P J Hodgson-Jones to be the Vice-Chair of the Committee was moved and seconded. On being put to the vote the proposal was declared to be LOST. A proposal to elect Councillor C H Tevlin to the Vice-Chair of the Committee was then moved and seconded, whereupon with was RESOLVED that Councillor C H Tevlin be appointed Vice-Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year.
