    Decision:

The Sub-Committee has found that there has been a breach of the Code of Conduct in relation to paragraph 3.7 pertaining to a social media post following a meeting of the Development Management Committee. The Sub-Committee considered a report from the Investigating Officer, in consultation with the Independent Person. Having given Councillor Maslen the opportunity to make any representations, the Sub-Committee considered it appropriate to determine that the recommendation be to write to the relevant Group Leader and recommend removal of Councillor Maslen from the Development Management Committee.
