1.	ELECTION OF CHAIR Minutes: A proposal to elect Councillor T Alban to the Chair of the Committee was moved and seconded. On being put to the vote the proposal was declared to be LOST. A proposal to elect Councillor J Kerr to the Chair of the Committee was then moved and seconded, whereupon it was RESOLVED that Councillor J Kerr be elected Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year. Councillor J Kerr in the Chair.
2.	MEMBER'S INTERESTS Minutes: No declarations of interests were received.
3.	APPOINTMENT OF VICE-CHAIR Minutes: A proposal to appoint Councillor S Bywater to the Vice-Chair of the Committee was moved and seconded. On being put to the vote the proposal was declared to be LOST. A proposal to appoint Councillor N Hunt to the Vice-Chair of the Committee was then moved and seconded, whereupon it was RESOLVED that Councillor N Hunt be appointed Vice-Chair of the Committee for the ensuing Municipal Year.
