GARDEN WASTE INCENTIVE SCHEME To receive a report from the Head of Operational Services on the Garden Waste Incentive Scheme.

This includes the authority to continue, discontinue or modify schemes as appropriate, and to develop and implement a resident communication plan regarding service changes. |
