The fees and charges policy contained in the Annex to the report was approved to be incorporated into the next review of the constitution in 2005.
The charge for a CON29 search was increased to £110.00 with effect from April 2005.
The intention to submit a report in the New Year on the implications of potential changes to the current approach to discounts was noted.
