Agreed to adopt the revised Urban Design Framework and Masterplan for Princes Street / Georges Street (incorporating the specific changes) as interim planning guidance subject to specific variations to reflect a degree of flexibility in terms of residential or office development along Walden Road.
Authorised the Head of Planning Services, in consultation with the Executive Member for Planning Strategy to make any minor consequential amendments to the text and illustrations as necessary as a result of these changes.
