Recommended that the Council adopt the Statement of Licensing Policy as set out at Annex C to the report with effect from 7th January 2005 for a period of 5 years.
Requested that a report reviewing the financial implications, workload and costs be submitted to a meeting 9 months after the date for the first receipt of applications.
