Subject to the incorporation of minor amendments by the Director of Operational Services, recommended to full Council that the comments outlined in the report now submitted be used as the basis for aresponse to the Highways Agency Consultation on the upgrade of the A14; and
Authorised the Director of Operational Services, after consultation with the Executive Councillor Planning Strategy, to agree a Statement of Principles with other Cambridgeshire Local Authorities as a joint submission to the Highways Agency based on the principles set out in the report.
