Authorised the Director of Operational Services, after consultation with the Executive Councillor for Resources and Policy, to accept new assets, including sustainable urban drainage systems, where they are accompanied by satisfactory financial and management arrangements; and the Director of Central Services to accept the transfer of amenity land, currently maintained but not owned by the District Council.
