Authorised the execution of a Memorandum of Understanding as outlined in paragraph 2.3 of the report now submitted, subject to the final wording being agreed by the Head of Legal and Estates and requested the Chief Executive, after consultation with the deputy Leader of the Council, to determine future constitutional and other similar matters arising from the Council’s membership of Cambridgeshire Horizons Limited.
