Agreed terms for the disposal of land adjacent to the former Grand Cinema in Ramsey, as part of the redevelopment of the site to include a library, community facility, public toilets and residential housing and authorised the Director of Central Services, after consultation with the Executive Councillors for Finance and for Resources and Policy, to approve the terms for the shared use of the County Council premises.
