Unanimously approved the contents of the Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy - Charging Schedule, Declaration of Modification together with supporting documents, for submission to the Examiner; authorised the Head of Planning Services, after consultation with the Executive Councillor for Strategic Planning and Housing, to make any minor amendments as necessary to the Huntingdonshire Community Infrastructure Levy - Charging Schedule and associated paperwork for submission for examination; and approved the legal declaration required under the Planning Act 2008 and CIL Regulations 2010 (as amended).
