Supported the incorporation of the Greater Cambridge – Greater Peterborough Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) as a Company Limited by Guarantee and authorised the Managing Director (Communities, Partnerships and Projects) and the Head of Legal and Democratic Services to complete the appropriate legal documentation and processes.
