Approve in principle the proposed way forward as detailed in Section 3 of the submitted report, to enable final negotiations with Huntingdon Town Council to reach a settlement to conclude this matter, and that negotiation with Huntingdon Town Council is delegated to the Managing Director in consultation with the Executive Councillors for Operations and Environment and Commercial Activities.
