- Councillor Joanna Elizabeth Harvey - Other Registerable Interests - By virtue of being Vice-Chair of Huntingdon & District Cricket Club which might be impacted by the Huntingdon Sport & Health Club. As this was a voluntary role, it was not a pecuniary interest and she partook in the discussion and deliberation of this item.

- Councillor Julie Elizabeth Kerr - Other Registerable Interests - Councillor Kerr declared an interest under Minute No. 25/40, regarding proposal 4.3 as she was a Member of St Ives Town Council and left the room during the discussion and vote on recommendation D
- Councillor Sarah Joanne Conboy - Other Registerable Interests - Councillor Conboy declared an interest under Minute No. 25/40, regarding proposal 4.6 as she was a member of the English Civil War Society. This was not a pecuniary interest, but as the public may perceive there to be an interest, she left the room during the discussion and vote on recommendation G and handed over the Chair to Councillor Ferguson for the item.

2. Preferred Options Draft Local Plan to 2046 and supporting Sustainability Appraisal

2. Local Government Reorganisation
- Councillor Brett Alistair Mickelburgh - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Mickelburgh declared that he was not a Member of any Parish or Town Council and abstained purposefully at the Full Council meeting to bring an open mind to this meeting.
- Councillor Joanna Elizabeth Harvey - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Harvey declared that she was a Member of Huntingdon Town Council but was not at the time they discussed this, so she came in to this meeting fresh and open minded.
- Councillor Julie Elizabeth Kerr - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Kerr declared that she had voted on this matter at Cambridgeshire County Council and St Ives Town Council but remained open minded.
- Councillor Lara Davenport-Ray - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Davenport-Ray declared that she had not voted on this subject at any other Council, abstained at the Full Council meeting and approached this meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Sally Ann Howell - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Howell declared that she was a Member of Woodwalton Parish Council but they had not had a vote on this matter, she abstained at the Full Council meeting abstained last week and approached this meeting with an open mind.
- Councillor Sam Wakeford - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Wakeford declared that he did not sit on any other Parish or Town Council, had not been involved in voting on this matter at the Full Council meeting, deliberately abstaining, and came to this discussion fresh and open minded.
- Councillor Sarah Joanne Conboy - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Conboy declared that she was a Member of Godmanchester Town Council, was present when they discussed this matter but did not take part in voting, and she abstained at the Full Council meeting so she could retain an open mind then and for this meeting.

3. New 3G Artificial Turf Pitch (ATP) at One Leisure St Ives Outdoor
- Councillor Brett Alistair Mickelburgh - Other Registerable Interests - Councillor Mickelburgh declared an interest in respect of Minute No. 25/64 as he was a non-executive Director at the Huntingdonshire Football Association (FA). He advised that the English FA targeted their County FAs by the number of pitches that they supplied and therefore he considered that a reasonable person may think this would impact on his objectivity, and he left the room for the duration of the item.

6. Fleet Renewal and Infrastructure Improvement Strategy
- Councillor Stephen William Ferguson - Non-Registerable Interests - Councillor Ferguson declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest in
respect of Minute No. 25/70 as he was employed by a large engine
manufacturer which made static engines for industrial purposes,
though to his knowledge the company had not been involved with the
Council’s vehicles. After seeking advice from the Head of Democratic
Services and Monitoring Officer, he confirmed that he was involved in
engine design and had no involvement in commercial matters and
therefore participated in the debate and vote.

- Councillor Lara Davenport-Ray - Other Registerable Interests - Councillor Davenport-Ray declared an interest in respect of Minute No. 25/79 regarding the application for the Youth Centre, St Neots by virtue of having submitted a letter of support for the application and she knew the applicants, who were her constituents. In order to err on the side of caution, she left the room during the discussion and vote on recommendation J.
- Councillor Sally Ann Howell - Other Registerable Interests - Councillor Howell declared an interest in respect of Minute No. 25/79 regarding the application for the Huntindon Sports and Health Hub by virtue of working for the NHS, however she was not in any position where she could influence any decisions, and she took part in the discussion and vote on the application.
