Your opinion is important.  Apart from contacting the Council directly there are a number of ways you can tell the Council and politicians about issues that matter to you.

Public Consultation

This is where the Council asks the public for their views on matters affecting them.  This will often involve holding events to inform the public and details of these  can be found on the 'Get Involved' section of the Council's website.

Surveys

These can be by post, in person or via the Council's website.  The Council uses surveys to ask peoples opinions about important local issues.

Shape Your Place

This is a website where you can report an issue or suggest an idea to make your neighbourhood a better place to live.  Issues and ideas posted on the website are passed to the local agency best placed to respond.  Please visit
