    The Minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 16th December 2024 were approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

    MEMBERS' INTERESTS

    To receive from Members declarations as to disclosable pecuniary, other registerable and non-registerable interests in relation to any Agenda item. See Notes below.

    Minutes:

    Councillor B Pitt declared an Other Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (a) by virtue of the fact that he had participated in the debate when the application was considered at a meeting of St Neots Town Council's Planning Committee, left the room and took no part in the discussion or voting on the application.

     

    Councillor Pitt also declared an Other Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (d) by virtue of the fact that he had participated in the debate when the application was considered at a meeting of St Neots Town Council's Planning Committee, left the room and took no part in the discussion or voting on the application.

     

    Councillor T Sanderson declared an Other Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (b) by virtue of the fact that he was a Member of Huntingdon Town Council but had taken no part in any discussions or decisions on the application.

     

    Councillor Sanderson also declared a Non-Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (c) by virtue of the fact that the application related to the Ward he represented.

     

    Councillor S Corney declared an Other Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (b) by virtue of the fact that the application related to the Division he represented as a Member of Cambridgeshire County Council.

     

    Councillor S McAdam declared an Other Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (b) by virtue of the fact that he was a Member of Huntingdon Town Council but had taken no part in any discussions or decisions on the application.

     

    Councillor McAdam also declared a Non Registrable Interest in Minute No 36 (c) by virtue of the fact that the application related to the Ward he represented.

     

    Councillor D Dew declared a Non-Statutory Disclosable Interest in Minute No 36 (b) by virtue of the fact that the applicant and agent were business clients, left the room and took no part in the discussion or voting on the application.
